Yes. Roughly a third of each cohort are repeat candidates. The baseline diagnostic in week one sets a different first-quarter target for them, and the revision cycle is weighted accordingly.

Yes, every classroom session is recorded and available in the portal for the full program duration, regardless of which mode you enrolled in.
Full refund minus a ₹5,000 administration fee within fourteen days of the batch start date. After that the instalment schedule stands. All of this is stated on the application before payment.
